Primary is delighted to announce that David Richard has joined the team as a new Associate. David joins us from Deloitte, where he spent eight years advising corporate and private equity clients on consumer, business services and TMT transactions, focusing in particular on online businesses in these sectors. He will be working alongside the rest of the investment team on both origination and transactions.
David graduated from the University of Bristol in 2006 with a BSc in Economics. He subsequently joined Deloitte and qualified as a chartered accountant in Deloitte’s financial due diligence team.
In David’s eight years at Deloitte he advised corporate and private equity clients on consumer, business services and TMT transactions, focusing in particular on online businesses in these sectors.
