Primary Capital is very pleased to announce that David Richard has been promoted to Assistant Director with effect from January 1st, 2017. David joined us as an Associate in 2014 after 8 years at Deloitte, where he advised corporate and private equity clients on consumer, business services and TMT transactions, focusing in particular on online businesses in these sectors. Since joining Primary, David has worked on a number of deals including the investments by Primary’s fourth fund, Primary IV, in MSIS, which specialises in environmental and waste management services, and, most recently, Maru, a technology-enabled, professional services firm, delivering information and customer insight services globally. David has also been very closely involved in our recent programme of updating and automating several of our deal origination workstreams.
